National Federation of Federal Employees members are chanting “Pay Us Now” outside the White House because President Donald Trump has shut down the federal government to get funding for his border Wall to protect the American homeland. One of the speakers called Trump a “racist” and shouted “Shame on you” a few times.
Is this always the way they speak to people they are demanding money from?

Fortunately, some Government employees who are not getting paid due to the government shutdown are now finding meaningful ways to make themselves useful in this country, including driving for ride-sharing companies including Uber.
