Mark Mix serves as president of the National Right to Work Committee, a 2.8-million-member policy organization that is dedicated to the principle that all Americans must have the right to join a union if they choose to, but none should ever be forced to associate with a union in order to get or keep a job. He also serves as president of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, which provides free legal aid to hundreds of workers each year who have been the victims of compulsory unionism.
