CNN’s Anderson Cooper ran a segment on his show “Anderson Cooper 360” Thursday night polling women on whether they believed Judge Brett Kavanaugh or his sexual misconduct accuser.
“By show of hands, how many of believe Judge Kavanaugh when he says this didn’t happened,” asked CNN’s Randi Kaye to five Republican women.
All of them raised their hands in support of the Supreme Court Nominee.
“How can we believe the word of a woman on something that happened 36 years ago when this guy has an impeccable reputation,” asked Lourdes Castillo de la Peña. “There is nobody who has spoke ill-will about him. Everyone that speaks about him, this guy’s an alter boy, you know a Scout. Because one woman made an allegation, I’m sorry I don’t buy it.”
