Tapper confronted Biden with the fact that Trump renegotiated NAFTA for the USMCA trade deal.

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said Thursday the USMCA trade deal negotiated by President Donald Trump is better than NAFTA, a deal Biden voted for.
“It is better than NAFTA ,” Biden told CNN’s Jake Tapper.
