New York Governor Andrew Cuomo indicated on Wednesday that he intended to sue if the Supreme Court rolled back Roe v. Wade, and the reaction on Twitter was priceless.
The Governor of New York has an irrational fear that the confirmation of Kavanaugh will threaten abortion rights established nationwide in the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling.
(New York’s current abortion law predates that of the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.)
This mind boggling statement by Cuomo came after President Trump nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, and the left essentially lost their minds. With no clear entity to actually sue, the overall consensus is that Cuomo plans to take it to the “Supremest Court.”
