Former Vice President Joe Biden is strongly considering a run for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination for 2020 according to a report by the Associated Press’ Josh Lederman published Saturday. Separately, it was reported by Foreign Policy’s Robbie Gramer that Biden ‘stole the show’ at this week’s Munich Security Conference where he was welcomed with open arms by European leaders ‘with an air of ‘2020’ swirling around him’.
