In the real world, employees who perform poorly don’t typically get bonuses. Employees who cheat or behave in unethical ways get fired. But in the world of government jobs none of that apparently matters. Some people who work for the IRS and have cheated on their taxes are still getting bonuses.
The Washington Times reports:
